SETTING GOALS

SETTING GOALS

Goals are our dreams that are transformed into reality. Goals should be inspiring, otherwise they can't be attained.
Setting goals should be SMART.

S - Specific.

M - Measurable.

A - Attainable.

R - Realistic.

T - Timely.

Organizations have to ensure goals have personal value of employees.

Growth is always encouraged. All you have to do is find out what you truly like to do and set out achieving it.

A large aspiration may feel like it will bring you some recognition, but the smaller picture also counts. The daily activity should also be enjoyable. Consequently set goals that excite you in their method of attainment. Your 'now' should also be great.

"Success is a journey, not a destination". Enjoy your journey at work. Work on performance enhancement. The goals will follow automatically.

Goals should be upgraded and renewed. The same goal cannot last forever. But your commitment to achieve can and hence goals become part of the journey to growth and contentment.

STRESS AND NERVOUS BREAKDOWN

STRESS AND NERVOUS BREAKDOWN

A Job helps us to earn our daily bread. But sometimes we get bored and are not able to concentrate in our work. This is due to some internal and external environmental circumstances.
The usual symptoms are lack of concentration, fatigue, weakness, confusion and low self esteem. Over work load at work place. Lack of better communication between the management and employees, misunderstanding and conflicts lead to stress full situations.

Better planning and setting priorities help us to break complex work into smaller achievable goals. Try to take a break by taking a holiday trip and do something different from your routine work.
